Terms of Service

Plain-language rules for a small, private operator bot and the website that supports it.

Effective: 3 August 2026

01About these services

These Terms govern clemnomadlife.com and Clem Desk, a private Discord-based personal project operator maintained by Clementine Pujiati. Clem Desk is not a public service. Access is limited to its owner, approved Discord server channels, and explicitly configured integrations.

02Permitted use

You may use the website for ordinary informational purposes. Clem Desk may be used only by an expressly authorised person and only within its configured workspaces. Access does not transfer ownership of the application, its prompts, workflows, design, or source code.

  • Do not attempt to bypass user, channel, tool, repository, or approval restrictions.
  • Do not submit malware, executable files, stolen credentials, or instructions intended to compromise another system.
  • Do not use the service to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy, or the rights of another person.

03AI-generated material

Clem Desk may use third-party or locally hosted language models. Model output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. It is assistance, not professional legal, medical, financial, or theological advice. The user remains responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether to rely on it.

Clem Desk must not be treated as authority to publish, deploy, send, merge, delete, purchase, or otherwise take an external action. Those actions require explicit approval where supported, and some are prohibited entirely in the current version.

04Private and sensitive material

Do not submit credentials through Discord. Raw personal memories, confidential freelance material, health information, identifying information about private individuals, and other sensitive material must not be sent to a provider that has not been approved for that sensitivity level.

Personal stories and unpublished writing are not authorised for publication merely because they were submitted to Clem Desk. Publication always requires a separate, explicit decision by the owner.

05Discord and third-party services

Clem Desk depends on services operated by third parties, including Discord and configured model providers. Their availability and separate terms are outside our control. Features may be delayed, rate-limited, interrupted, changed, or discontinued when a provider changes its service.

06Availability and changes

The website and Clem Desk are provided on an as-available basis. We may suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of them, including to protect security or privacy. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent data retention, or compatibility with every platform update.

07Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Clementine Pujiati is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the services.

08Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
